Camille Palmer
Owner/CEO
Camille Palmer is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Palmer Services L.L.C. and plays a central role in guiding the company’s business operations and long-term direction. With decades of experience in business management and leadership, she oversees company policies, contracts, and strategic initiatives while helping ensure the organization maintains a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
Richard Palmer
Owner/Chief Estimator
Richard Palmer is Owner and Chief Estimator of Palmer Services L.L.C. and a co-founder of the company. With more than two decades of experience across electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, he brings deep technical knowledge and practical expertise to every project. A licensed Master Electrician and certified HVAC professional, he has spent much of his career working directly in the field, building a reputation for solving complex problems and delivering high-quality work. At Palmer Services, he leads estimating and provides technical oversight for projects, working closely with field teams to ensure jobs are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Zachary Taylor
Chief Financial Officer
Zachary Taylor is the Chief Financial Officer of Palmer Services L.L.C., where he leads financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning for the company’s commercial construction operations. Since joining Palmer Services in 2020 and becoming CFO in 2021, he has helped strengthen financial systems, improve cost efficiency, and support the company’s continued growth and project expansion.
Michael Vasquez
Senior Project Manager
Michael Vasquez is a Civil Engineer and Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects. Over the past three years, he has specialized in MEP systems with Palmer Services, focusing on electrical distribution and HVAC infrastructure. His work supports critical aviation facility upgrades that directly impact DFW Airport operations and regional infrastructure. Michael is known for bridging engineering, field operations, and management to deliver projects safely and efficiently. His leadership contributes to strengthening infrastructure that serves both the DFW community and the broader U.S. transportation network.
Lee Collins
Director of Operations
I spent 39 years with American Airlines, including the last 25 years in Facilities Maintenance. During that time, I supported major hub operations in Raleigh, Miami, St. Louis, and Dallas–Fort Worth, gaining extensive experience in airport infrastructure and maintenance operations. I concluded my career with American Airlines in Miami as Manager of Facilities Maintenance.
In 2024, I began a new chapter with DFW Airport managing the Jet Bridge Maintenance program, supporting one of the busiest airport operations in the world. I continue to focus on maintaining safe, reliable airport operations while sharing my experience and learning alongside a strong team of professionals.
